PC Zombie HP bars

Hello - I would like to know if its currently possible to show zombies current HP as a bar - One of my buddies said that he saw a video and that feature was present - So im asking in his name (cuz he doesnt speak english) - Is it possible to turn them on ? if so then how can i do it ?.

I've once thought about how nice it'd be to have hit bars, but honestly, you can one-hit a lot of zombies with the sledgehammer. It defeats the point and going for the head logic applies still on zombies as their greatest weakness.

 
MM did put up a video with health bars. I think they caught a lot of flak from that for some reason. I kinda liked it though. If they made it a feature you could turn off, then I don't think anyone would have had a problem with it. I probably would have turned it on for a little while so I could learn the HP of enemies easier. Though I am sure I would have turned it off after a bit because I prefer the game without that.
