Windows you say 2.6 is stable?

this is far from stable this looks to be a developers zone a level 39 pushed into this zone and receiving starting stuff is not stable and to assure you yes i ran the game on 2.5 last night up til 3 am pst starting at 11pm on the 12th of april please advise how to fix this kerfuffle of epic proportion. also i closed the game and restarted the game from steam same results.

Only time I've seen anything like that is when I loaded a vanilla save I started with my overhaul loaded.

Without providing a log there is no way to know what is happening. Were you running mods?
