This was definitely Yogi, not Boo Boo and I was afraid that he might get out while I was doing the mission. I don't like to kill animals unless I have to or I need to and in this case I didn't need to. I tried to dig a trench behind him so that he could walk out. He would come out chasing me but I was sure I could get to my motorcycle before he killed me and run him off.

Everything was progressing just fine until the very last block. He kept getting in way and I kept hitting him in the rear with my shovel. He was one angry Bear. I couldn't get that last block out of the way so I decided to start the mission hoping he'd stay stuck in there. I kid you not, as soon as I did, that changed the block structure and he was able to get out and came right after me. I didn't want to run him off because I would lose the mission. I logged off and logged back on not sure if he would kill me while I was spawning in the world.

He did not and I got to my motorcycle and ran him off. If it had been a zombie bear I would have tried to collect a red bag. Poor miserable thing, stuck in that trench, can't get at me, I should put him out of his misery anyway.
 
I guess you didn't Need to, but I'd count a relog-required as much a need as a death-by-bear. It's pixels, just .. clear the area ;)

Ummmmm let me tell you about my famous Bacon and Egg's breakfast.

Fresh smokey meat thats slowely roasted over my plywood filled campfire and then combined with my fresh over easy eggs made in this giant cooking pot. All it takes is just 1 serving of this meal and you'll be slaughtering any wildlife that moves from now on

If I wasn't here licking the butter off my lips after my "sausages with eggs" -meal, I might've gotten hungry. :)

For the most part I eat snake meat because they're attacking me and I need to kill them. Of course I could run away but you got to draw the line somewhere. Every now and then some idiot chicken runs in front of my ride. I don't let that go to waste.

I only chop down dead trees too. I especially like the burnt biome because dead trees are everywhere and I can always use coal
 
Last night at a lumber mill, my wife axes her way through a fence, she gets stuck and can't jump, turn around or anything, I'm like WTH, so I go over to investigate what's going on, a boar had her pinned and was not attacking her, it was like stuck on a pathing glitch or something, because it was totally oblivious that she was there and was still trying to walk even with her in the way. And I noticed to that the boars won't charge at you now unless you hit them. They just totally ignore you.
