I play online with my brother and we both have the same NAT type and we get kicked out of the game every 5 mins. Its beyond annoying and needs to be fixed

Maybe you should check the Support section, Read the Pinned threads, and Do The Needful.

Otherwise, you're just pissing into the wind.

I host a server (have for several years now). I agree with the suggestion above. I have had weeks go by without a single person dropped from our dedicated server (a leftover PC) and we host people from all over the world (literally). You haven't given any specifics on your particular scenario but assuming you have decent rigs, there is no real reason for the drops described other than some basic configuration or trying to drive a rig too hard that has trouble hosting and running simultaneously.
