Xbox twitch drop issue

Not able to link twitch account with Xbox/microsoft. Attached is the error I get.

Anyone else having this issue.

I already have the drop I’m just not able to link for the drop.

Next, watch the fubar_prime stream on Twitch for at least 30 minutes. The stream starts at 4 p.m. ET.

Im having the same issue with PS5 account sadly. This is really disappointing.

Although I was present during the entire live "blood moon", I did not obtain the "Purple Pimp Hat"
my steam account was however properly linked as requested, there must have been a time count issue on the stream, because I found myself stuck at 60% viewing time while I was present throughout the stream.

How to recover the 'Purple Pump Hat' now, will there be other streams...
