Hello! I am hoping for some help. I have a PC and use my xbox controller to play the PC games. I have never had an issue with using my controller until now and only in game. The issue is that my left joystick which normally controls the movement (back forth left right) is also controlling the camara. The camara is normally and still is being controlled by the right joystick. So when i move forward in game, i am also looking up at the same time involuntarily. It is not a stick drift issue. My controller works normally outside of the game, but it is functioning in game like the right joystick (camara/look) is overlaid on the left joystick (walking forward only). Moving right to left has no camara issue, meaning i am not involuntarily looking up or down when i move sideways and backward. The other weird thing is after a bunch of exiting and re-entering the game, the controller eventually "corrects itself" and proceeds to just function normally after several in/out restarts of the game. I don't have any problems with the controller and it will work correctly until I shut my computer down for the night. The next time i log in to play, the issue is there again. I have looked at the controller settings both in game and in steam made random adjustments to see if it will help, but it doesn't and i cannot see an issue to correct. I have disabled all mouse settings as we thought that the mouse settings were confusing the gameplay mechanics with the controller, but that did not help. I am really hoping for some help on this issue. Any assistance will be much appreciated. The only help i got was to buy a new controller, which is not helpful considering it is not a problem with any other game.
