This is a guess since we would need to see the entire log file to be sure but you should create exclusions in your antivirus software for both the main game folder and saves folder. Problems with EOS connections are usually due to antivirus software blocking the connection.

I would try without any of the mods (including the Alloc's fix one, that one threw an error that I saw).
