WRN Unexpected condition in AddOrMergeTrackedData: tracked data already has one or more target flag

I keep getting this yellow message during gameplay but different position values.  What is the solution to eliminate it?  I'm running 1.2 (b27).

WRN Unexpected condition in AddOrMergeTrackedData: tracked data already has one or more target flag(s) set at position 709, 45, -1107.
WRN Unexpected condition in AddOrMergeTrackedData: tracked data already has one or more target flag(s) set at position 728, 35, -1107.

This is a method from the MultiBlockManager class, its used by a few other methods in the same class. This class is complex and not at all intuitive to read through.

one could create a prefix harmony mod to silence this warning message.

Does this warning message appear in red in you console and interrupt your gameplay? if not, I would say to just ignore it.

It is in yellow but does create lag in gameplay.  How do I create prefix harmony mod to silence the warning?
