World not working and stuck on creating player

Hello, Me and my friends were playing a world and then suddenly yesterday a error happened trying to load in to the game. I have tried to fix this with the things listed below - 

-Reinstalling the game 

-Validating files

-Deleting cache in %appdata% 

if anyone knows how to solve this issue please help.
