Bug Description: World date reset to day 1 after host server was powered off
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Install Windows update and automatically restart the host while the dedicated server is running
OR
2) Force power-off host while dedicated server is running
Actual result: I host a dedicated server in my lab VMware environment. I had been playing earlier this week with no issues at all. When I tried to log in this morning, I found my lab host had been shut off, either due to a power spike experienced overnight or a forced Windows update. I had not shut down the dedicated server prior to heading to bed, so everything just died. When restarting the server this morning and logging in successfully, I see the day had been reset to Day 1 (as seen in screenshot provided below), when I had previously logged off on Day 12. If it matters, the character I've been playing (because persistent profiles is ENABLED for my server) is NOT an admin on the server.
Expected result: Expected date to stay static between server restarts due to any cause

All pasted data has been preserved in case links don't work. I rooted around for a while and found that my player skills, all inventories, placed blocks and loot stage were all unchanged. Only the day had been modified.
