Something that I dream of as a prefab maker is wood sign variants. Like chalkboard-themed designs, paper-looking designs, and in more different sizes. So, I can add little notes to prefabs or just like flavor text. 

 
Agreed. I'd like something akin to professional signage, just like the "Pass-N-Gas" and "Shamway" signs. That is, a nice boarder and a nice font.

To go with this request, I'd like the text on these signs to survive the POI being updated between versions. That way we don't have to remember and re-enter all of the sign text.
