I've been playing around with the idea of adding a flying broom mount to the game and made some short videos to show the progress.

Under the A17 system you could then have carpet mods like patterns, weaves, and tassels for different effects.

@tormented: Carpets aren't actually a bad idea, and I wouldn't mind taking a crack at animating one...
