Window Shutters and Cleaner furniture / blocks

When you set up a house and you want to make it look nicer, and lived-in. There should clean variants of the furniture, floors and walls, etc. For example, in my living room where I have a nice polished floor and pretty carpet, but an old crusty and dirty sofa. Plus there should be window shutters which wouldn't be too hard to add right? It would server as a mix of defense and decor, because putting bars on the windows makes it looks like a prison and hatches on the windows just don't work.

God yes. It's something that really bugged me in Fallout 4 as well. I get we're going for the apocalyptic look, but why would something you've just built look gross and uncared for?

I also would love more options for painting and more stylised blocks, like the half and half block or the block with baseboards. I would love more shapes and styles to be added as well for said blocks.
