Win11 Cursor Scaling Bug

Hello

I have a Problem with the Cursor on Win11, its way to big when playing in Fullscreen Mode, but when i change it to Exclusive Fullscreen, the Cursor works fine.

Does someone else has this Problem too (Scaling in WIndows is set to 100%, Resolution 1920x1080)

Can't say I have ever run into this, even when using custom cursors.  I usually play with borderless fullscreen so that I can access my other two screens easily.
