Well since A17 you can prefab your base and load it in a new world.

I was playing with this last night. I haven't yet figured out how to load it in without it collapsing tho

You can also easily just cheat back your exp and equipment

Turn off Physics, load it in, then recheck Stability.

Still might collapse but much better chance of it being fine.

open console and type "dm" for debug mode.

Then hit escape and you'll see on the right side of the screen options that normally aren't there.

You'll see the two I'm talking about.

you added the Mod HDHQ after you started the save? Then it is normal.
