Will update of dedicated server keep the world?

Hi there.

In the release notes to Alpha 20.1 b6 stable, you mention

Save games should be compatible with A20 b238.

Will this only apply to local standalone games or will a dedicated server on linux (currently on Alpha 20.0 b238) keep the world, if I change the STEAM_BETA_NAME from 'alpha20.0' to 'alpha20.1'?

I'd rather like to keep my current game and not loose my base and gear, if possible. If the world could not be updated to 20.1, I would downgrade my game to A20.0 b238, but I'm also quite curious about all the fixes and new features of 20.1.

Yes it will keep the world. Back up your serverconfig.xml before you update in case it gets overwritten.
