Randomly pois will spawn as ether a normal version or a Infested version.
Rather then the red skull, it is instead purple. To show the rank and too tell you that its Infested.
Rather then a Infested loot chest that's a bit op at times. Perhaps it will just be a upgraded main loot chest.
So if its a tier 1 poi I would be a tier 2 loot chest.
If its a tier 6 infested poi you get the special golden chest
