I know for a fact that you have never worked in material handling in any capacity.

There is absolutely no allowance in shipping/receiving for uniformity, only for getting things packed, delivered, stored AS FAST AS POSSIBLE.

I'm sorry that you have completely unrealistic expectations. I hope that you are able to overcome that problem.
