I put it there in case someone looted my house while I was gone.

Is that all it took to get you to uninstall the game? Really????

i was alone, single player.. and yes i wanted to see how much i can stay without dying. and this is really a stupid way to die

It's just part of the learning curve. I still remember the first time I

ran across the crane at the construction site
and the first time I

accidentally 'used' broken glass
... Precious memories.

Certain landmines are just there to f*** with you. For example on top of a crane on in the wasteland.

But most landmines actually make sense. You aren't the only survivor. Even if you don't see them, they are there and they try to defend themselves from zombies and thieves like you.

And it seems that it worked ^^

Agreed, but it's also a really stupid reason to uninstall.

Ya, that one triggered my anger a little, I won't lie. Hundreds of zombies all around it but only I trigger it... dev logic right there.

I don't mind them; once you know they're in the game you start to look for them. I do catch myself wandering a little too closely to an army base every once in a while though. =)

there are also in houses near fences with traps, and of course i was walking minding my own business when on the other side of the fence a zombie jumped in fence and we both died :( and i was 4-5 feet away... at least less damage not 100% :(
