I've noticed that what are probably being mistaken for address numbers, there are quite a few POIs which have angel numbers outside.

for example:  Grover High - 235

can't recall the other one, I think it was a high rise had 7389

sorry, it's late when I'm posting this in my time zone.

Grover High - 235

I don't know what you mean by an Angel Number, but do you mean this number...

... where the 8's are placeholders for the game to pick a random digit block from 1-9. If you got 235, that's just the luck of the draw.

I'm mildly surprised they didn't use 800 ... as the 0 placeholder will randomize digits from 0-9.

I've never heard of angel numbers.

According to Microsoft's AI

Angel numbers are numbers associated with divine guidance and angels

For example:

111: Often associated with new beginnings and manifestation. It encourages you to focus on your thoughts and intentions as they are rapidly becoming your reality.

222: Signifies balance and harmony. It suggests that you are on the right path and should continue to trust the process.

333: Represents encouragement and support from your angels. It reminds you that you are surrounded by positive energy and guidance.

444: Indicates that your angels are with you, offering protection and reassurance.

555: Suggests that significant changes are coming your way, and you should embrace them with an open mind.

Odd.  Seems like a made up thing based on a single number said 3 times in a row for the devil.  Oh well, to each their own.  In any case, like ZZTong said, they are just there in the editor that way because those allow randomization when seen inside the game.

hmm so the numbers are random?  I'll keep an eye out for it next time I play.. I thought it was intentional as when I googled the two numbers listed (235 and 7389) it said they were angel numbers.
