Where To Find Server Side Mods

Went through several pages of search results before posting as I didn't really find anything solid relating to my inquiry.

Long story short, I've been developing for decades, and recently committed to starting up a 7 days to die community along with a few other games. So far I've only really found 7daystodiemods which has a fair selection, and Nexus Mods, which has a decent amount, with tricky filters.

Where is everyone finding their server only mods at? Is there somewhere on here, or a portal somewhere? I'm really only interested in server-side mods to make it easy for my community members.

Figured I'd ask before I start getting ready to make some mods that I'd like to incorporate into my server.
 
In addition to what AMG5TAG listed, there are also mods that are located here (see Mods on the top menu).
 
I know you didn't ask this directly, but I thought I would point out that POI mods are not truly server-side only. POIs found only on the server have some functions that fail, such as the triggers attached to key racks. Clicking on them won't work and your players will have to destroy the key rack to get the server's attention. Also, your players won't have the "imposter" files for the POIs so the POI may not be shown at a distance.
