PC Where are all the servers?

Im just getting back in to 7Days and I noticed that there are no servers on the server list except maybe 1 or 2 in NA West and NA East is a reason for that or a setting I need to change?
Side note: I noticed Asia has many full server

Edit: I am on the latest version of the game and I play through Steam on PC

Might be that Christmas eve is a thing in the empty regions.

Dedicated servers have not been stood up yet

To be fair, there are many players who play solo.  Hence they set their servers to private and not listed.

Further, many players set up co-op servers for friends and family, that are also set to private and not listed.

Ultimately, a large segment of the player base do not enjoy the issues that come with random players on random servers (griefing and cheating), hence they opt for their own open but more trusted communities.  They are not necessarily closed, but are also private and not listed.
