Why you all bitching about A17 release date ? Let the devs do their job...There is no use to put any unnecessary pressure on them. I have no idea what is the issue with the A17, but im sure that TFP crew are doing its best to fix and release the update soon as possible

I don't mind if they release the game in the end of the year... The important thing is the final results

I just want smoother game, thats all So take your time guys

Yea,& they keep Shadow Banning us to General Discussion when we point that out. A 17 will not be Stable & Playable this year, it will be in XP until Jan-Feb, maybe late Dec. A 18 will not be released until 2019 & a Stable Finished Alpha will be in 2020 so get used to it.

I am sorry if the truth hurts but this is not my first Alpha & 1 of the first to be labeled as a Fan Boy, so get over it, it's just a game & building a game takes time.

I'm not saying anyone who is frustrated or at the end of their patience is a clinical internet troll, most are just normal(ish) people that REALLY want to play A17.

But, some people that seem to be non-stop trolling are found to have mental illness. On personality tests, many score high on sadism, psychopathy, and Machiavellianism. In other words they cant help themselves and the sad part is there is no current medical treatment for psychopathy.

I know TFP have said that twitch will be a great marketing platform for them with A17, however wont it be overshadowed by games such as fallout 76, an do i dare say this but Farm Sim 19? Not meaning any negativity, just an honest question

if its going to be pushed to sept , then if the competition started between those , i would prefer 7dtd and others may see fallout .etc , i love voxel games and the ability to create my own shape of stuff like bases ,, others may see the pre-built bases ,houses

it will be down to players themselves " which one do you prefer " , then the market will set the share of each game based on this

but in all cases no one of those games will take the full expected attention.

i think it will not be overshadowed unless the number of viewers didnt beat the record ,

Yup. Capitalism is not charity, it's definitely a survival of the fittest. You ether do better, have better or look better. TFP (the company) fights for its right to live day-to-day, just like every other company.

Some advice:

Step 1: Fire current Project Manager (if applicable)

Step 2: Get a Project Manager

Step 3: Move to an Agile development cycle

Step 4: Avoid Scope Creep

Step 5: Enjoy as the general 7D2D community praises your small, but frequent updates

Step 6: Reinvest your revitalized revenue flow since you are now producing positive NPV

Step 7: Watch the community grow

Step 8: PDCA (Deming Cycle) - starting with step 4

Step 9: Profit
