When experimental drops this thread will be closed and the experimental bug reporting thread will open. You'll find that those of us who frequent here to ramble on about nonsense will be very quiet, the bug reporting thread has far stricter rules about off topic conversations that we actually adhere to... mostly

Graduated in '92, and I was part of the beginning of the Gen-X'ers. We liked/started a lot of the Extreme sports, which is what largely coined the phrase I thought. Yeah we were pretty much slackers too in many cases. A lot of us though were very outgoing, and pushing the bleeding edge of everything.
That is a nice article. I'll have to add it to my bookmarks for more reading later.
Can we just go ahead and make stating the time since last Alpha an instant ban offense? These babies wouldn't be able to stop themselves and then we wouldn't have to read this nonsense every other day.
If you can make a game on a better schedule then GO DO IT. Or shut up. Either one.

People always will complain, you could give someone a $100 and they would still find something to complain about. I always laugh at he ones who cry a game is dead tho (on any game really). If it's dead, why are you bothering to troll the forums or social media? If you hate it so much why are you trolling the forums?
Just stop whining like a brat throwing a tantrum in the store.
Like you parents told you when you were a snot, "We'll get there, when we get there!" Don't make the dev's turn this patch around!

If you are Soooo bored, play another game for a while, or try out some of the Mods (starvation is hella fun!). I promise you, some of these mods will make it feel like a new game, and will help to occupy your time until 17 is ready to roll.
I've played games that had patches roll out too soon, I'd rather play it with as few problems as possible, because I don't like having to restart my game constantly.
So just sit back and let them work! Unless you are a designer or a coder, you have NO-IDEA what it takes to do this stuff. And, if you ARE one, and think you can do better well .... http://thefunpimps.com/jobs/

What's even worse is responding to a post that got moved before you hit submit and then your response ends up in the new thread and as well as your browser and sometimes you don't realize it so you stay there thinking that it is the dev diary but in fact it is actually the release date thread.
But the worst of all is leaving all that crap in the dev diary for poor faatal to wade through as he looks for legit questions to answer.

As I AM the mother, not sure a note would work.. and zombies broke into my house and broke all the chests holding my many millions of Duke's.. so that idea is out as well.. sigh (just kidding, very patiently waiting and playing My Time at Portia while I wait) :cheerful:
