for me i think picnic tables, takes a bit of iron and wood tho to make forged iron and nails

But iron and wood can be produced in large quantities. For a lot of wood you can build a tree farm and iron can be found almost everywhere. So wood and iron are no shortage.

But you can also make a lot of money with quests. The reward can be sold directly back to the trader if you don't need it.
