That's supposed to say dog pound, but I mistyped.

Let's say its about the size of a shamway, it's in the wasteland, you're on day 5, and the logo has a cute puppy on it.

It's not a kennel, but this prefab is pretty close to what you describe.

What I would do seeing such a thing on day 5? Give it a veery wide birth. :D

Lay down a few spikes and collect all the free hides off them. Dog's are only dangerous if your not prepared for them.

 
I believe there's one in Compo Pack. Its like a concrete building in the rear of the property (kind of looks like a warehouse) with 'dog houses' at the sides in the front area. That's where I take "a left turn at Albuquerque!"

 
id steer clear and get to some high ground for some overwatch position.

also as a point of interest, yes we have dogs in the game. there are as many cats as dogs out there im sure. Imagine searching dumpster bins and trash cans and one pops out at ya you have to fight off.
