PC What skills/perks do you get and why, which do you not take?

Which skills/parks do you take and not take and why?

I'll go down the list

Perception: all I take here is usually the head shot bonus and run and gun. the wrench harvests slow as hell even with the skill, and the looting perk just doesn't seem worth it to me. The gun perks to me just aren't needed in their current state, only one i'd slightly consider is the automatics perk, for its stamina regen each hit you make, that+run and gun means you can literally run on foot and take out 7th day hordes, as you'll regen stam as you shoot at them.

Str: Head crusher, the 3 mining/inventory related ones on the bottom, I take all of these as they are IMO required. Head crusher doesn't seem to effect blades at all though.

Agility: Umm stealth shot damage.. thats about it? Maybe cardio if I can't find a pair of those high performance running shoes. Parkour would be something i'd put into at higher levels when I have spare points.

Fortitude: I take The healing perk, maybe rank 1 of the drug perk, living off the land, well insulated till rank 2 or 3 so I can use armor. Armor perks seem useless as they currently are, a set of steel armor is 60%+ dmg reduction, more with mods, the armor perks need to reduce the stam/move speed penalty, to the point it virtually disappears with level 5 of it. +Armor rating and durability on those perks seems kinda pointless to me.

Intel: Well intel is a intersting one, as almost all the perks are bascally required. I usually use a pair of lucky glasses to get intel to my cap, to save 2 skill points, since for the most part your only going to use intel based things when crafting or selling/buying at the trader.

WIth the way perks currently re I feel str, int and fort are the maainly important stats, while perception and agility kinda take a backburner for me as neither has much I feel I need. As for the base stats themselves your going to want all at 10 eventually.

I just find the perk trees fairly unbalanced currently, some have a ton of required skills, then you have something like agi and perception that you can honestly get by without spending any points in them other than the base stat itself.
