The only link that i have is that Khaine, creator of the Darkness Falls mod, is or was working on Return to Moria. But that´s for sure not the reason.
Also weird for Stranded Deep, on steam they are neither listed as publisher nor as developer. And yet they have it on their homepage.
Can´t find any link online between Behaviour Interactive and them either.
What they do have is the announcement that they will build your game for you. Maybe Behaviour hired them? Unlikely i guess.

Probably through John Miller as a business consultant from Telltale Games period. He's moved around since then including North Beach.
