PC What does Master Chef level 4 perk do in Alpha 17.1?

The description for Master Chef Level 4 says "Holistic Hearth Fire. Create foods that protect you from the elements and fight diseases!"

What foods would that be? I can't find any that I didn't have at level three, or that I can't have until level 5.

So what's a level 4 food?

Yucca juice smoothie and chilli dogs are the lvl 4 unlocks (progression.xml).

Chilli dogs are kinda nice but not as good as hobo stew (which I think is level 3). I would make them more often but Chilli does not grow on trees and by comparison the rotting meat is a lot easier to come by. Yucca Juice smoothies are nice and all but the ingredient requirement is kinda steep for its effect.

 
Well, they could just add a few more recipes to lvl 4. The description says that the food also fight diseases but so far I don't see anything that corresponds to this description.

 
Seems like by the time you unlock level 4 of it, you already have everything you need to not actually need the new recipes.
