PC What benefit is +1 Agility googles?

I'm wearing them because I am working an agility build and intuitively they should be beneficial but I haven't the faintest idea what good they do.

They allow you to increase perks a bit earlier. Especially they allow you to save 3? or 4? perk points by not learning agility to 10. As long as you are wearing them you can keep agility at 9 and still have every agi-perk at 5.

The Agility googles return results a bit faster. Int googles do a better job parsing your search string.

When you go look at your skills you will see that the Agility shows a green level. Lets say level 5. If you take off the goggles, it returns to your real level - 4. So the level you have with the goggles is one higher than without.

This opens up all the skills under the next level, as if you've bought that level already.

yes, until you put them back on or allocate enough points to achieve the correct level perk
