PC Weather should affect Vehicles

Depending on the weather and temperature it should affect all vehicles for alpha 17 and beyond including:

- Bicycles

- Mini-Bikes

- Motorcycle

- Jeep

- Gyrocopter

Here are some stuff can happen with weather conditions:

Snowing, Cold and Snow Ground:

- Land Vehicles: Movement Speed reduced and random loss of accelaration and sliding

- Air Vehicles: Random loss of accesseration and swifting

Raining:

- Land Vehicles: High chance of sliding

- Air Vehicles: Small Chance of Swifting

Overheat:

- Land Vehicles (Except Bicycles): Medium chance of overheating failure

- Air Vehicles: High chance of overheating failure

To balance this add Vehicle tier perks for players and make vehicles upgradable to combat these disadvantages

I cannot imagine how big of a pain it would be to code it to make those changes. I'd be perfectly happy if it just did not rain indoors or let my lights shine through the solid walls.

I like some of these ideas.

The Gyro-copter overheating especially.

There's been a lot of talk about people using it to avoid the hordes.

Having it overheat after a certain amount of time is fantastic.

Even better, however, is to have wind speeds on horde night too high to even launch it.

Oooooh..... hey that would work!

I like ideas but I bet they will have to be considered post A17.

I don’t think they have modding vehicles yet. Which could counter some of the challenges you suggested.
