Weather command in multiplayer only affects the host

When a guest player in a multiplayer session is granted administrator privileges and executes the weather command, the effect is not applied on the guest’s game screen. Instead, the weather change is only reflected on the host’s side.
 
Reproduction Steps
  1. Grant administrator privileges to a guest player.
  2. Have the guest execute the weather command.

Also, found during testing, if you use the Twitch weather command instead of the console, it works for both players. You can access a separate menu once you enable debug mode in-game (dm in console) by holding Shift and pressing F6. In the search bar, type weather and see the weather commands. There is a lot of stuff in there you can play with, too. :) I recommend going to the trader and using the vote_dance_off.
