Vehicle locked to you by default

Could add this feature? I'm already playing in a17 several days and I and some other ppl with which i'm playing on the PVE server have situations where they forgot to lock vehicle and someone stole it.

 
Yeah.. this irks me a lot.

I believe this isn't a current feature because when admins spawn in the vehicles, they'd be locked to non existing players.

So, have it lock to the first person who drives it once it's placed on the floor.

Or have it remember that it's locked to you, after it's picked up when you've locked it in the first place.
