PC V3.1.0 B13 EXP Update

well if got my bluefang server to be on the "experimental" version, so now PC and Console players can both join the same server--go figure!

But do you guys share same features and fixes, or experienced any problems ?

Need to adjust the Dead Rooster POI.

Run in. Wake em all up and stand in the middle. All the sleepers ignore the player and head for the chickens...
