PC V3.0 Dead Hot Summer Dev Diary

Or they wanted to license the trademark for money. You sometimes see this in reverse, where a company might pay for placement of their trademark, kind of like the Godzilla movie sponsored by Dr. Pepper, where there were Dr. Pepper pop machines everywhere and Godzilla knocked over a big Dr. Pepper water tank, or something like that.
Don't forget: some companies are actually vying for "product placement" in entertainment media.

I play the game on both PS5 and PC. I use the PS5 controller for both for consistent muscle memory. I have noticed that the weapon wheel feature does not work consistently in version 3.0. I had not observed this problem in prior releases.

It looks as if the weapons wheel issue is resolved with today's patch.

So I did some testing in the latest version, no mods. All variants of cops and mutateds, and the demolisher zombie are all immune to fall damage. Do you know if this is intended @faatal ?

What’s wrong with these very high-density enemies? I can’t even reach the trader haha. I killed 33 zombies while running around and then more kept coming. So far my record is getting to the trader, but I avoided fighting then. After that, so many gathered that they destroyed the trader’s base in a minute. There were so many of them that they started jumping on each other and over the fence, through the main gate of course, which isn’t even that low. I counted 6 bikers. It’s a shame that we can’t play permadeath and, when we die, just restart immediately on the same save, but the time keeps resetting.🤕

I should have said this to you some time ago... careful what you wish for! :sneaky:

In my latest game with Very High zombie density I had to restart three times before I got it.
It was a constant fight, but it was great!

This would be a case of a production company and another production company battling it out. What's most tragic is the civil cases between people that's risen dramatically over the years. You'd think adults could work out their differences with one another, but -- nope -- the courts are clogged with petty nonsense. Some entrepreneurial ■■■■■■s even have turned it into a form of entertainment to watch on TV. And people watch it.

Fitting. Just kind of hoping the human race matures someday myself.

I see the litigation phase as a necessary intermediate between the knives and clubs step and the world peace step. Sadly we haven't even fully reached that middle step yet. More litigation please.

I'm playing on very high-density as well but i turned down the respawn rate to very slow, so after killing 30 zombies i at least have a chance to loot buildings 😃 Also, i'm not sure but could it be that the amount of sleepers also increased with this setting? I noticed a 2 skull POI was full of zombies

They CAN'T Copyright a prison compound! Can they??
I don't know;... Money gives some people strange perspectives. And then they dare others to doubt them.
Examples: Insuring your butt for 28 million dollars, Also if so, Alfred Hitchcock's heirs, Wes Craven, and
Danny Treo, may jump on the band wagon. I say just rename the prison, like Walking Dad, Walking Deed,
or Walking Dude. We will still know what it is. Crisis averted. And that only cost 2 cents.

I think I had enemy respawns set to the default, but I'll definitely reduce them. If there are also more enemies in pois, that could be interesting. I haven't managed to enter any pois yet to check it out.
