Armor bonuses still need another pass. Too many duplicate skills (looking at you, Barter Bonus, Run Speed and Safe Fall Distance). Some skills are over powered (Nerd Outfit, Intellect Mastery 2 and 3). Ranger Set still feels boring and worthless. Turn it into a hunting-oriented set or maybe a sniping-oriented set. At the very least widen the range of weapons for the bonuses beyond just revolvers and lever actions.
