V3.0.0 b259 EXP Update

The bear wasn't in a questable POI so it couldn't be a middle-finger to quest progress, and I kind of like "Tier 0" being difficulty wildcards - but it's a six-of-one, half-a-dozen-of-the-other kind of situation. A clueless first-timer might get peeved that they walked into a trap, and not necessarily appreciate the unpredictability of walking into a zombie bear in their first couple days in the 'easiest' biome (or if you're like me, run into it once and forget about it for next time... more than once).

But it also takes away an underappreciated aspect of playing 7DTD multiplayer: Player 1 has run into that POI before. Player 1 gets Player 2 to play the game with them. Player 1 uses Poker Face, tells Player 2 to clear out that no-skull POI right there, trust Player 1, bro, it's got no skulls. Player 2 gets what some may call 'hazed'. Player 2 joins the PvP community. Everybody wins! Even Player 1, it was probably worth it.

So, anybody else having an issue rotating blocks when building?
I can't build anything decent without block rotation, I hope it's just my own problem.

Since the latest version blocks don't rotate anymore, but I haven't started a new game since the first experimental.
Could that be the reason?

This is going to sound obnoxious, but It isn't I'm trying to see what they saw,
just from reading the written word.

If you happen to spawn near that place, and there are no Zombies, or Enemy animals,
or Timids to be seen. Then psychologically the stage has been set, or in this case set up
in their mind. And the first entities are the workmen, at the bottom of the stairs. Since
it is an open face dungeon, you are kind of lulled into a false sense of security.

That sort of happened to me the first time I came across it, I didn't even think of putting
some blocks to get back up the broken stairs. Oh maybe I can make a base here, whats
that, oh lookit, I got bones to make me a knife, and didn't have to fight too much to get it.

Then duh duh duuuhhh, ugggghhh. WTF was that, where am I, where's my "*", Is that little
blue dot on the compass my bag, how far is that, what's that noise, I hear dogs but I haven't
seen any yet, and what's that cracklin sound, woah this biome is different, oh crap they are
burnt and I don't have a club. Gonna cut it shortish here, I was on the other side of the map,
and had to go through, the desert, burnt, waste, and a little of the snow, just to get back to
my beginners bag. Which was mostly grass and rocks and wood.

I have never followed a laid out path since. But that is also why I spawn more entities from the
start.

I had to reset my bindings, then log off and back on after saving them. The way I did it was select another
action save change back to my original save log off to desk top log back on. One other thing that had changed
was my profile for the Steam application. I now have a config folder on my pc never noticed it before.
