XBOX V2 gportal server setup issues

I go thru gportal and select the xbox server, also tried the pc version. No matter what options are selected i get the same error when trying to join, i also made sure max player was 8 eac enabled eos false and cross play on but i get this issue.

All Xbox’s that a trying to join dedicated servers are having this issue at the moment from what I am aware of
