You mean Grace (giant mutated wild boar). She's at Bob's Boars / Carl's Corn. You can see her cage in the backyard, but Grace is now hiding somewhere deep inside the house.

Because it's a unique enemy. It can be found only in the Carl's Corn Bob's Boars POI and one other POI that I forget the name of. It won't be in the wilderness.Why its not in the nature??

I wonder why they've never created a Car Dealer POI. I mean, now that every car can have a different color and there are different car types, I think it would be easy to whip up some Car Dealer with a funny name (e.g.: Chopman Automotive Group, or Final Deal) and put all the different cars in the front parking area, and all the counters and offices in the building, maybe even a mechanic garage?
That would probably be a T3/T4 POI?

If you mean a huge POI with a large amount of cars, then I think it would be too big and not worth doing.
This is entirely expected. India is more surprising; apparently, the population there has fewer computers. And Japan is performing somewhat oddly. Its population is almost the same as Russia's, and there are no fewer personal computers (in theory), but there are fewer Steam accounts.

Grace is "special" and only meant to spawn in these few areas. She's considered too large to be in horde nights (like the Zombie Bears).
