PC Using footage from 7DTD in advertising

I noticed footage from 7DTD gameplay in a advertisement video of Last Shelter: Survival mobile game. Is it legal? They using gelameplay video from another game, that absolutely different from gameplay that Last Shelter has, and I doubt that they have permission to do this.

I have screens if needed to prove this.

For some reason I cannot post screens here, but someone already posted it above. They using 7DTD gameplay footage in their AD, that pop up in other games (when you playing and must watch some short AD to get some bonus, and here you go - one game using footage from absolutely another game to promote their product).
