First, let me thank the devs for making an awesome game that I've spent way too much time on over the past two years.
Anyway, I want to be able to plant trees underground, which is the only thing lacking to make my bedrock-level bunker completely self-sufficient. I'm wondering things like how big of an area I need to excavate to be able to grow one to its fullest. I'm guessing something like 20x20 blocks wide and 50 high. I'm also assuming trees require natural light, so exposure to the surface via iron bars or something.
