Thanks. I'm not entirely sure what's going on yet but I'll work on that, in the meantime I'll move it to confirmed. That info helped

Hopefully a fix can be ported over soon, but for now if you come across this issue, spam the RMB a few times to get it going. I've found that it works if you do that after not being able to do it initially. It may eat up a second item though, so be careful (although you usually get the experience for doing it, so it's not a complete waste anyway).

Does that mean you were able to replicate the issue in a QA environment but haven't discovered the root cause yet?
