PC Unable to install the latest version

Hello,

I am unable to install the latest version of the game through Steam. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the game, it remains on version Alpha 21.2 (b37). What can I do to get the latest version 1.0?

The current version is experimental so doesn't update.  If you want to use experimental, you can do so, but don't expect your save to still work properly in a couple of weeks when 1.0 stable comes out.

To use experimental, right click on the game in Steam and choose Properties.  Click on Betas and use the drop down menu to select latest experimental.  It will then install the experimental version.  Be aware that any games from A21 will not work and any mods that are from the old version will not work unless or until they are updated for 1.0.  Be sure you completely clean out your Mods, Saves, and GeneratedWorlds folders to avoid having problems.  It's also usually a good idea to uninstall the game before updating it to experimental.
