Twitch Integration Redeems with Asian Symbols

I was using the Twitch integration feature, which works great, but one of my viewers has Asian symbols as their name, and the PP redeem didn't work for them. It's most likely because their actual account name uses English characters but their "display name" uses the Asian symbols. The points need to be awarded using the English characters. Action happens at 3:58:48 in the VOD.
