Turn On Health Bars

Hi can anyone point me to a modlet or the code to turn on the health bars assuming a vanilla 17.2 install?

Yeh then you want a modlet. I'm not a UI guy but find subquake or dust2death, redeagle or sirrilon, they'd likely know.
