PC Trying to see if I can get any memory switched over to the new one

Is there anyway I can get any data or anything switched over to the new one after I buy it I bought the old version a long time ago just found out that there is a new version

 
Soo, console player having played the first console version? I don't know what you're trying to move but, for once I'll agree fully with YourMirror: no. None of the data from that version is compatible with anything current.

They're wanting to move their save data over, it sounds like.
