Tree (leave) wobbling

Is there any way to reduce the wobbling of the leaves on the trees?

I like the movement from the grass and the trees. But it seems too hectic to me. And since it is also not weather dependent, it seems simply out of place on nice sunny days.

Is there anything that can be done?

I believe the movement is controlled by a property called WindZone which is built into the specific model itself and thus cannot be changed.
