Whats the best way or place to find treasure maps?

I get them mostly after BM when looting the magic bags from the zombies So Try out BM every night and you get map rain

I seem to find them more at lower gamestages.  Once the gamestage gets higher they seem to very rarely appear anymore.  When I do happen to find them it is usually from zombie drops.

We call them ‘garbage bag maps’ since we find most in garbage bags. There are definitely multiple sources.

I find most of them in garbage bags as well.

Some from BM zombie drops, but garbage mostly.

It's random for me.

I honestly can't say, if they appear more in containers or from zombie drops.

I tend to find them mostly on blood moon horde bags, random garbage containers, and backpack loot.

Got 2 more from BM loot bags.

Of course, there were a lot of bags to check.

(next time, I turn the generators off before going to loot them, not just the switches)

(I thought I turned the switches to OFF, but instead, turn the front half ON...)
