The format of your mod folder is wrong. Please check it

Mod folder (IE: kronons destroyer - inside this folder there should be a config folder and a modinfo.xml. then in config folder should be the xmls like block.xml etc. Yours has mod name config and modinfo then open up config you have config and modinfo again lol easy fix
