Windows Traders now captioned??

Ever since the Storm's Brewing update, my traders now a caption at the bottom of the screen anytime they speak. It never showed up before v2.0(b285) and still is there with b289. None of my mods have had anything to do with the traders, so that's not the issue. I don't even see a setting option anywhere to toggle it. wt?

It is probably for folks that are hard of hearing.

The toggle is in the "Audio Settings" options under the "Game" tab.
